On June 18, 2025, the Shanghai Rehabilitation Equipment Association Standardization Working Committee (referred to as the "Standardization Committee") held its inaugural meeting and first working conference today. At the meeting, Mr. He Junping, General Manager of Shanghai Hubang Intelligent Rehabilitation Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hubang"), was elected as the Vice Chairman of the First Standardization Committee. This marks the official deep participation of Hubang Intelligence in the core work of standardization construction in the rehabilitation equipment industry in Shanghai.

The President of the Association, Yu Hongliu, the Secretary General, Yang Yan, and more than ten members of the first Standardization Committee attended the conference. Secretary General Yang Yan announced on site the resolution of the Association Council to establish the Standardization Committee, and voted to approve the work management measures and the first leadership team of the Standardization Committee. In addition to Mr. He Junping, Zhang Yang from Ossuo Orthopedic Rehabilitation Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was elected as the chairman, and Yao Feng from Shanghai Kesheng prosthetics Co., Ltd. and Zhang Weina from Jiechuanrui (Shanghai) Robot Technology Co., Ltd. were elected as vice chairmen. The first chairman Zhang Yang elaborated on the strategic significance of the Standards Committee. He pointed out that establishing a standardization committee is a key measure to implement national policies, improve the quality and safety of rehabilitation services, regulate industry development, enhance international competitiveness, and cultivate talents. The Standardization Committee will leverage the advantages of Shanghai's industry university research medical and international cooperation to promote high-quality development of the industry.

President Yu Hongliu congratulated the establishment of the Standardization Committee and made demands. He emphasized that the standardization committee needs to focus on building a sound standard system, with a key breakthrough in the formulation of high-quality product and service standards, and strive to play a leading role nationwide; At the same time, we will increase the promotion and implementation of standards, deepen domestic and international cooperation, and provide standard support for Shanghai to build a globally influential innovation highland in the rehabilitation industry. Yu Hongliu then presented appointment letters to the chairman and vice chairman who attended the meeting, and jointly unveiled the plaque for the Standards Committee with Zhang Yang. The attending members discussed the next stage of work of the standardization committee. Focusing on the development needs of the industry, the conference conducted in-depth exchanges on core issues such as the construction framework of standard systems, priority development of standards in cutting-edge fields such as intelligent rehabilitation equipment and personalized assistive devices, establishment of dynamic update mechanisms for standards, deepening cooperation with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and building standardized information service platforms, forming multiple consensuses.

Hu Bang will actively fulfill the responsibilities of the Vice Chairman's unit. Based on the technological accumulation in the field of intelligent rehabilitation equipment, Hubang Intelligence will support the standardization committee through the deep participation of Mr. He Junping to accelerate the construction of a standard system covering the entire rehabilitation equipment industry chain; Promote the establishment of a dynamic update mechanism that synchronizes standards and technological development; Actively participate in international standard exchanges and help Chinese standards' go global '; Strengthen the promotion and implementation evaluation of standards.
